This Electronic Communications Agreement ("Disclosure") applies to all Communications for the Services offered by Spentra, LLC ("we," "us,", "our," "Spentra") and our affiliates, including without limitation our mobile application (the "App") and Money Earned® feature (collectively, the "Services").
"Communications" means any agreements or amendments thereto, disclosures, notices, transaction histories, privacy policies, and all other information in connection with the Services, including but not limited to information we may be required by law to provide you in writing.
If you do not agree to the legally required notices and Communications described herein in electronic and not paper form, then you may not use the Services.
When you use the Services, you agree we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format to the extent allowed by law. Your consent to receive electronic Communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to:
All Communications we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (a) via Short Message Service (SMS) to your mobile phone number in your profile in the App, or (b) via the App.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate, and complete mobile phone number and to maintain and promptly update any changes to this information. You can update information in your profile in the App. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in your receipt of the Communications if we send the Communications to the last mobile phone number you have provided to us.
In order to access, view, and retain electronic Communications we make available to you, you must have:
All Communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered "in writing." You should print or download for your records a copy of this Disclosure and any other Communications that are important to you.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law as per this Disclosure.
You agree providing such modified information as per this Disclosure constitutes notice to you of such modification. Any modification will be effective immediately upon delivery as per this Disclosure, and your continued use of the Services shall constitute your acceptance and agreement to such modifications.
By checking the box to agree to electronic Communications as described herein, you adopt the checkmark as your electronic signature and give your affirmative consent to provide electronic Communications to you as described herein. You further agree your mobile device satisfies the hardware and software requirements specified above and you have provided us with a valid mobile phone number at which we may send electronic Communications to you.
